I’m a Salon Industry Elder Millennial with 25 years as a hairstylist and 20 years mentoring artists. In that time I’ve worked in every business structure from employment, to corporate, renting a chair to suite owner. If you note my age, I’ve been through multiple “unprecedented” economic events. I learned how to grow through them & evolve.

Now, as a salon owner for 6+ years, I coach stylists & salon owners to build sustainable, values-driven businesses through coaching and classes. Helping them thrive as leaders, mentors & entrepreneurs!

We tend to over-complicate this industry & get lost in all the layers of it. Beauty schools don’t teach enough of what it takes to run a business & this one isn’t easy! I have a passion for helping stylists see themselves as entrepreneurs & take control of their business.
